We strive to be accurate in posting the prices and descriptions of the items listed on the UBIDMACHINERY.COM auction service web site, but we are not perfect,  and we sometimes make mistakes. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the machinery featured on the UBIDMACHINERY.COM auctions service web site. UBIDMACHINERY.COM cannot make any guarantees as to the suitability or compatibility of any particular machinery that is up for auction on its site.

 

Descriptions

UBIDMACHINERY.COM posts descriptions of the items as they are provided to UBIDMACHINERY.COM  by the Seller and are, as far as we are concerned considered to be accurate and complete. However, any errors or omission brought to our attention will be corrected, as quickly as possible and in some cases, these changes will be done during the bidding process. UBIDMACHINERY.COM cannot assume responsibility or be held liable for any errors or omissions. UBIDMACHINERY.COM does not and will not accept any responsibility, nor express any warranty to the accuracy or validity to any of the Seller’s published specifications and other description of the item the Seller posts for sale on the UBIDMACHINERY.COM auction service web site.

Use of their respected logos and trademarks are for reference purposes only! All product names and company logos mentioned herein are the trademarks of their respective owners. UBIDMACHINERY.COM  is in no way affiliated with any of the manufacturers listed on this auction service web site.
 

Payment Policies

UBIDMACHINERY.COM accepts payment made via a certified check or a bank check or by wire transfer. All bids are legally binding and you are required to proceed with payment of the machine purchased at the close of the auction. Payment must be remitted in full to UBIDMACHINERY.COM at the end of the auction within a 48-hour period. Failure to do so will automatically render the sale null and void.
 

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged to all items shipped within Canada. UBIDMACHINERY.COM is not responsible for additional tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped to the United States or any other country outside of Canada.
 

Warranties

UBIDMACHINERY.COM does not offer any guarantees or warranties on any items to be sold or bought through its site. These warranties and guarantees are to be provided by the Seller. UBIDMACHINERY.COM will not in any manner be involved in or be responsible for any returns, insurances, insurance claims, damage claims or lost machinery that is sold on its site. These claims must be addressed to the Seller, shipping company or any other agent used in the transaction.

Delivery: Charges, Damages or items Lost in Transit

UBIDMACHINERY.COM is not responsible for any delivery charges or any expenses included in the shipment of machinery bought or sold. Rigging, loading and delivery is at the expense of the Buyer unless otherwise stipulated at the time of the sale

All machinery is sold "as is" unless otherwise stated. UBIDMACHINERY.COM will not and cannot be held liable or responsible for any machinery that is damaged or lost in transit. Any such claims or responsibility must be addressed to the Seller.
